THE GREAT ESCAPE #1: “Family Secrets”

In the past few years, escape rooms have become the latest craze in immersive, interactive entertainment. “Trapped” in a room, participants must solve a series of puzzles, riddles, and challenges in order to “escape” before the last grains of sand fall through the hourglass. In addition to “getting out,” teams are tasked with solving the “who, what, when, where, and why” within the scene of the crime. With thousands of escape rooms worldwide, the options seem limitless, BUT you have to go to them. The Great Escape comes to you!

Don’t be fooled. This is not a tabletop board game. This is the real thing, where your participants are “in the thick of it.” We’ve collaborated with top theatrical professionals from Broadway, off-Broadway, national tours, cruise ships, and Las Vegas to design a truly exceptional interactive experience for you! No matter which escape you choose, the clock will be ticking, hearts will be pounding, and the heat will be rising. Will your team succumb to the fate of the scene, or does it have what it takes for The Great Escape?!?!

Escape #1: “Family Secrets”
The Anderson family is on vacation. Each member of the family has secrets, people are barely speaking to each other, and the family is on the verge of collapse. Your team has been hired by the family’s therapist to uncover each person’s hidden secrets, while the family is at dinner, so that she can help repair the family before it’s too late. The family’s table reservation time was 5 minutes ago. Remember, with all of the tension present, nobody is speaking to each other, so this is going to be a quick dinner. You have 75 minutes to do what you need to do and escape before they return, or you won’t be paid for your services. Furthermore, if you don’t succeed, the family will surely unravel, ultimately falling apart. Do you want that on your conscience?
