SALSA & GUACAMOLE CHALLENGE

Upon entrance to the experience space, where energetic Latin-themed music pumps up the atmosphere, the formation of teams, or “cantinas” occurs, followed by some spirited ice-breaking activities to get the energy flowing. 

After learning of the challenges ahead, teams are provided with our iPads, loaded with Premier Pursuits®, our proprietary app, in order to complete various trivia, mental, and minimally-physical and creative challenges, all themed for the experience. As various benchmarks are met, teams visit the tienda (store), where they “purchase” the various supplies and ingredients to successfully complete the challenge.

In order to cultivate true teamwork, no recipes, and minimal instruction, are provided. Ingredients, and preparation supplies are dispensed by us. Your participants provide the two remaining pieces . . . collaboration and creativity.

For those who wish to add custom cocktails, we suggest margaritas or sangria . . . the perfect accompaniments to homemade salsa and guacamole.

While the final scores are tabulated, and the anticipation of which team will win the gold medals builds, participants have an opportunity to meander from cantina to cantina, sampling each teams’ salsa, guacamole, and festive drink, while networking naturally and organically, without any pressure.
